Steven Spielberg




Steven Spielberg is an American film director, screenwriter, film producer, video game designer and studio entrepreneur. In a career lasting more than four decades he has covered nearly every aspect of film he could possibly wish to do. People say that Spielberg's early career has shaped the modern cinema.

Later on in his career his films started to cover things such as the Holocaust, slavery, war and terrorism. He is considered one of the most popular and influential film makers of all time. He was a co-founder of the major film company Dreamworks Film Studios. 

He went on to win the "Academy Award For Best Director" for Schindler's List & Saving Private Ryan! Three of his films, Jaws E.T and Jurassic Park, achieved box office wth them being the highest grossing film in there time.

To this date Spielberg directed films exceed 8.5 billion worldwide.



Martin Scorsese

Martin Scorsese is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, actor and film historian. In 1990 he founded "The Film Foundation" a non profit dedicated to the preservation of film and in 2007 he founded the world cinema foundation. He is a recipient of the ALI Life Achievement Award, for his contributions to cinema.

He has covered Italian American Identity, Roman Catholic of guilt and redemption, machismo, modern crime & violence. Scorsese is hailed as one of the most significant and influential American film makers of all time, directing astonishing films such as Mean Streets, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull & Goodfella's all of which he has collaborated with actor and close friend Robert De Niro.
